[TenTec] Ten Tec 253 Tuner

Just missed a 253 Tuner on EHam that sold for $995. Original owner and
was described as a "10" with orig box and manuals, but used for years.
So a factory sealed unit should be worth more.  They are very difficult
to find, even used and dirty.  Been trying for a while to find one.
