[TenTec] TT-1220 2m?

I do not recall seeing much conversation in the past regarding the 2m kit the 
1220. Also only recall seeing maybe 1 or 2 used units for sale in the past 2 
years on any of the classified lists. I see the kit is still available. Is 
this just a great unit that folks build and keep them with no problems? Just 
curious.
