[TenTec] Logging program for Jupiter

I use Win-EQF with my Jupiter.  Tom Dandrea (N3EQF) is close to having
Win-EQF work with the new Jupiter firmware 1.18 which allows you to run the
logging program without being in Pegasus Mode.  Currently he as a file that
will allow Win-EQF to read the Jupiter; control of the Jupiter (freq / mode)
from Win-EQF will  be available soon.  Excellent support -excellent program.
