[TenTec] 937 PS Questions

The paperwork I received with the 937 PS included  just a 1 page sheet with 
--General Information
--Installation
--Schematic (on back)
and the yellow page with standard warranty info

QUESTION 1: Is there a more comprehensive manual?

QUESTION 2: The Output voltage at the back terminals is 14.1vdc. Should that 
be lowered to 13.1vdc?

QUESTION 3: With the AF fully counterclockwise (no audio) and using earphones 
there is a steady low level whine. Is that characteristic of this PS? Note as 
audio is increased the whine becomes almost muted at the upper levels or with 
the speaker.

Unit was checked for proper tightness of all connectors and mounting hardware 
and all found in good condition.
