[TenTec] Scout display problem

Hello All,

I have Ten Tec Scout now having a display problem, the left-most segment has 
lost the bottom, horizontal part of the of its segment so most of the 
frequency digit is still operational....So, looking for advise on what to 
look for and on how to fix this problem?
