[TenTec] Omni V FM Adaptor

Well, after the third time of checking cables, I found
the problem with the FM Adaptor on my Omni V. One of
the two pin plugs on a board underneath, had been
pushed on at a slight angle and was only making
contact on the shield side. Almost missed it the third
time!
