Hey Guys, I own a radio service shop (land mobile). You can't staff for the heaviest demand periods, which is probably right now for TenTec and other ham shops. You staff for your average load and then ask your people to give more during heavy demand times. There are only so many hours in a day. TT is as good as it gets, for a manufacturer's in-house service shop. Ron - WA9IRV
