Thump/Click problem exists even with power-out set to minimum, at all
settings of sidetone level & with both the internal & external keyer, so
guess its audio-related rather than RF leakage.

Mike,

There's a wealth of info. about this in the archives. But a fast thing
to try is to always keep your N.B. set at about 3 o-clock position.
