[TenTec] combo rigs was receiver so-called performance

  Well, the Omni V1+ is possibly the best traditional rig ever built and I
certainly would not refuse a Vl+ if someone wanted to give it to me,  <big
grin>,  but it wouldn't *quite be my "dream" rig. I'd like IF DSP not only
for the filters but also for the ability to adjust transmit and receive
audio. I suppose my dream rig would be a Jupiter II with an optional plug
in ham band only 2nd receiver ;-)  Imagine a Jupiter with an optional 2nd
receiver something like the K2. I'd gladly send out my check for the base
rig today and then start  saving up for the plug in optional receiver next
month. Hmm...I don't suppose TT would build this but I can still dream...
