[TenTec] 243 VFO spoken for; value?

Greetings,

The 243 is spoken for -- it appears destined to go to the other "side of the pond". Now, what is a fair price to both parties? Bear in mind that the unit is good physically with no major dings, scratches, etc. but does need a PTO overhaul and dial cord restringing. How much is it worth?
