Take a dpdt relay and wire it so that when it pulls in, it breaks the 
circuit to the coil....when it relaxes, it makes the circuit and so on and 
on.....el cheapo pulse (noise) generator.....mine definitely confirmed the 
noise blanker on my Scout was working great!
