It was my first too (1978).  I sold it to upgrad a couple of years later..  Shouldn't have done that. I recently acquired another one in very very sad shape.  Spent several evenings refurbishing / repairing / midifying (put SPST switches in place of momentary "set drive" & "Zero Beat" switches.  It now occupys a place of honor in my shack... looks and works great! / Woody WD9F
