[TenTec] confusion about 563 vs 564

What is the difference in performance between a well
maintained 563 opt 3 and a 564, assuming they both
have all service bulletins installed?  I was under the
impression that they were equal in functionality and
performance.  I take the factory at their word.

Hasn't this subject been beaten to death?
