[TenTec] confusion about 563 vs 564

For my 2 cents - the difference between a 563 and a 564 (VI and VI+) is
not only some construction practices, and possible circuit improvements,
but more importantely it gives a rough indication of the rig's age and
possible use (wear/tear).  Very rough, since a new rig might be beat up
and an old one kept in pristine condition.  I'd prefer "truth in
advertising" - call it a VI+ or an upgraded VI (remember there were 3
different levels of upgrade too!)
