[TenTec] Omni 6 mic question

I have used Heil microphones with good results.  But I have to say that the
TenTec model 705 gets as good reports as anything I have tried.

Just received my new/used Omni 6 opt 3 on Friday,
and it's first use was in the Naqp cw contest yesterday. 
I have a Heil HC 5 headset I use, and the seller is 
sending a hand mic, but I forgot to ask if it was the 
Ten Tec hand mic, or maybe something else. I haven't 
rewired the Heil yet, but I plan to do that. But, I don't 
always like to go the headset route. Just wondering 
what other Omni 6 users have found to be a good 
desk mic, or hand mic for everyday use. Thanks...
