Mini-circuits makes such splitters at reasonable prices.  If you find
the mini-circuits catalog hard to digest (I do), you can buy the same
devices, repackaged, from Stridsberg. (www.stridsberg.com).  Mini-circuits
will be about $20 cheaper, though.  I'd recommend the ZSFC-2-6 shown
in their catalog on this page: http://www.mini-circuits.com/dg03-120.pdf
