[TenTec] Another grounding question

I keep tower and power grounds separated except when connected with coax
cables. I disconnect all coax cables (using a patch panel of C coax
connectors for rapid operations) when gone or lightning approaches.

Connecting them demands a low inductance connection, something like 18"
wide copper strap not very long.
