[TenTec] ANC- 4 noise filter

If you care, I second Rick's opinion.  I bought an ANC-4 to counter an
intermittent noisy insulator on a nearby power pole and it saved my HF
operating.  Worked like magic.

Fortunately, it's no longer required.  A terrible ice storm took out the
offending pole and wires a couple years ago :-)  When the Detroit Edison
power crew left, heh heh... no more noise!
