There is a known problem in the rx340 that causes the rx340 to hear an image
of one of its own IF's. What you are describing sounds likes this problem
to me. Tentec makes a shield that is easy to install that totally fixes
this problem. Give a call to tentec and have them mail you this shield
along with installation instructions. It is easy to install.
