[TenTec] [another] ORION Review

The January 2004 edition of the German ham radio magazine, "FUNK
AMATEUR" includes a test of the ORION.
The Germans test radios like you would expect Germans to test
anything technical: in full detail!
So far I was unable to glean any details out of the guys, other
than they were very impressed.

It is due out near the end of this month.  I'll keep y'all
posted.
