[TenTec] Orion dimensions

While I wait for Santa to bring me my recently ordered Orion, I want to redesign my operating desk.  I have the dimensions of the Orion but want to verify a couple things...

1) Height spec is 5.25"  Is that the full height including the feet?

2) Is there a bail to lift the front of the Orion?  If so, what is the height of the front with the bail extended?
