All the TenTec and ACOM amplifiers do exactly this sequencing. You hook up
TxOut from the tentec transceiver to keyin of the amplifier. Then keyout
form the amp back to the transceiver TxEn jack. This provides perfectly
timed QSK between the transceiver and amplifier.
