Randy
Just to repeat the apology I made last night I am resending same for
further reading.
In the future I'll remain a passive observer, to such expressions. I
failed to consider and certainly I didn't anticipate some of the
responses to my polite and careful commentary.
Mark,

Hi Randy,
I wasn't trying to be a wise guy and I apologize if I appeared to be so.
Your second set of phrases probably would have been better. I shouldn't
have gotten involved.
Please forgive me for interfering,
Mark,

A little strong? No. It is a business not a person. Maybe I should
have said " Go out of business, Go out of business, Go out of business!
" Any business that treats it's customers this poorly should go away
ASAP. I do know that life is too short to put up with this kind of
treatment. Not one more cent of my money to this place. Gee I guess
that is why TenTec does so well. It treats it's customers like they
should be treated.
