I dunno. I have an excellent PM-2B and a PM-3A. Other than the usual direct
conversion receiver problems, they are neat little rigs. I plan to use them
for FYBO. (Vintage FYBO).

OMG, those radios were SO awful.

I bought one at a hamfest when I was 18 - and even with test equipment and 
youthful exuberance, along with manuals, I never even got close to getting 
that thing working.
