Harry -
Sounds like I am having your same experience. Yes, you are right - I'm
looking for the light grey P/S. Something else I find intriguing about the
Corsair II is that it can be used for QRP with about 5 amps draw at 10W -
and as you say less than an amp on receive.
  I sold the 263G VFO to a really nice kid who's putting together a Corsair
station - before I decided to keep the Corsair II. If you know where I can
find another one I'd like to get one. Thanks for the response! 73/Tim
