[TenTec] Omni V.9 CW Problem

  I just want to make sure I clarify something about
the CW problem I'm having. I'm sure it isn't because
of the V.9 upgrade. It made the Omni V much better. I
didn't want to leave the impression that there's a
problem with the upgrade. I've had a couple of emails
indicating a similar problem with a stock Omni V, and
I used the V.9 for a couple of months without this
problem. That's what so strange - why it started after
alignment. All I can guess is that maybe things were a
bit sluggish elsewhere (I was told it was very badly
out of alignment) and alignment got it back up to par
but affected timing. 
  I'm looking at ways to gate the serial signals to
the microprocessor so there can be no communication
while transmitting (with a tiny bit of delay).
