[TenTec] Paragon How Much is a nice one worth?

Hey Mark,

You know what else I heard a while back? I recall hearing about a guy
called Jack Geil or Jack Guile, whom had designed and had someone
produce a chip for the Paragon,  which, as the story goes, was supposed
to make the paragon as hot as a pistol. Have you heard this?

Sounds like a great way to do it.  Have the VI+, 238 and Titan here as
well.  No rack...does TT sell them? I thought they did. 73 Mark

I will let you know how it goes. I will be listing a BUNCH of Radios in
the next few days here and EHAM and on eBay. Probably 20 or so rigs.

I am also looking for a complete TenTec "Rack Mount System". I want to
get this to mount The Omni VI+, a Titan Amplifier and the 238 tuner...so
much for rambling. You wouldn't know where I could get one of the TenTec
RMS complete, would you?

Hi Mark. Tnx for the reply.  I use the Paragon for back-up and SWLing. I
have an Omni VI+ as main radio and LOVE it.  A super radio!  The Paragon
II has the same tuning/keypad functions as the VI+.  If u can find one,
I'd suggest the extra money for the II.  GL and stay in touch. 73  Mark,

Very useful. I am definitely going to purchase an Omni VI+ and I am also
considering the purchase of a Paragon I (I need to confirm I or II).
