The +5dBm spec is for the sub-rcvr;  the curve shown is
for the Main rcvr!  Have a look at the page again,  and
you will see two lists of rcvr specs:  the first for the main rcvr,
the second list,  where the +5 number lies,  is the sub rcvr.

This is their printed spec for the main rcvr,  and this agress
with the curve of Fig. 1 as presnted:

"IP3: +25 dBm typical, 20-kHz spacing at BW=2.4 kHz, pre-amp 
off; +24 dBm typical, 5-kHz spacing, BW=500 Hz, pre-amp off. 
(see Figure 1 below)."
