[TenTec] 40823 Mosfet for Omni-C

I'd appreciate it if anyone could please direct me to sourcing outside of
TenTec for the 40823 Mosfet. I believe it's a dual gate N channel job. I
don't have the specks on the 40823, so I'd also appreciate it if someone
could suggest any suitable subs for this discontinued number? Thanks much.
