No. Motorola produced a VHF marine radio and called it the "Triton." They
fussed at Ten-Tec. Discretion being the better part of valor, Ten-Tec
changed from calling the rig the Triton to just saying 540 or 544. Some of
the early 544's did say Triton on the panel.
