[TenTec] Paragon Keying Problem

Oh, I didn't know new firmware was available for the Paragon. I have
version 3.9. I don't usually work split, but I' check out my Paragon. I
had assumed that it was a PLL alignment problem. I had not thought about
a firmware problem. Hmmmm.
