[TenTec] It's back -- Argo V Low output

Have you checked to see if the correct transmit filter
has been switched in on the other bands? Also check
the receiver bandpass filters. A shorted pin diode
could cause low drive in transmit because the wrong
bandpass filter is in the circuit at all times. This
happened to my Pegasus.
