Quantization noise come from making analog signals into discrete digital
steps. I don't think its a problem of noise from hot circuits that could
be helped by cooling. Besides cooling works best when you think of
temperature in terms of absolute temperature. A 50 degree F drop in
temperature isn't much out of 534 Rankine at room temperature.
