[TenTec] fs 251 ps fixer upper

I bought this at a fest several weeks ago it is a 7/8 physical condx and no 
output.... It matches the triton series ie cream and black panels... interioris 
ok no burned parts does not blow fuses but no ouput...it has the single pass 
xister set up not the later dual and as of the early ten tec it does not hve 
over voltage (THEY SOLD  A OVERVOLTAGE BOARD MOD MIGHT STILL BE AVAILABLE)
I do hve a schmatic... 13v/18amp
