[TenTec] Orion TCXO Warm Up Drift

Now it's my turn to say, "Huh?" You mean the Ten Tec spec includes what happens in the first hour after power on? That would be highly irregular. 

Nobody that I know who buys a piece of test equipment starts counting oscillator frequencies and such until the unit under test is warmed up.
