[TenTec] clarification: ORION has 200 "channel memories"

Clarification: the Orion has 200 VFO memories total.
There is no partitioning of  VFOA or VFOB and either
can write into the 200 available memory slots. The
RECALL key and MUTI knob are used to select a memory
for retrieval.
