Hi Ken,
   From my experience I would say it's Netscape if you're using
version 4.xx or 6.0. When using Netscape 4.73 on my home windows
98 machine I will have a lockup about 3+ times an hour and the
same with the 98 machine at work. At work we went to a NT2000
system and never again had a problem.   At home I loaded Netscape
7.0 and have had only one lockup in three months. If I go back to
4.73 it will starting locking up or blue screen 3-5 times an
hour. You figure.
