[TenTec] Equinox vs. Equal Day/Night Hours

Hi again,

Recall the discussion a few days ago following my finding
that here on Kauai the day of exactly equal number hours
between sunrise and sunset was happening on 15 March.

It was true,  and here is the reason and explanation for
this phenomena:

Which days this occurs depends upon your latitude and NOT
the day upon which the exact center of the Sun crosses
the equator.  There is a real reason.
