What I found interesting in the ARRL summary of the FCC was that the FCC
denied amateurs the LF allocation as they were concerned about interference
to power line communication. Obviously, the power companies believe that
atmospheric RF can get into a power line, the reverse must also be true, RF
inside a power line can be radiated. To me, this is a strong argument
against the use power lines for broadband internet access.
