Yaesu makes a small relay add-on that solves this problem.. I am using one
with my Omni C.. It uses one of the 12 V jacks on the rear of the Omni.....

    I picked up a Heathkit SB-200 at Dayton and if I read my manual right I
need to build an external relay to handle the ALC voltage and handle the
antenna relay line on my Omni C.  Is this correct and are there any other
tips I need to know?
