[TenTec] New Jupiter software update

Winston and TenTec Group,

I loaded the new firmware, which loaded fine and work first time.  I'm
running Win2000 on a laptop.   I've been working it for over 24 hours now
with no issues..

Is anyone else having trouble opening up the new Jupiter software?
I'm getting the download file O.K. but it won't open into the
TTupdate folder so I can install it.
