[TenTec] orion problems

i've had my orion for several weeks now and i'm having a few problems with
it.  the current one is that when i changed the TX EQ setting, it decided
that it doesn't want to transmit anymore.  it keys, but no power out.  this
is regardless of mode or band.  i've done the master reset several times to
no avail.

tx is enabled.  power is set to 100.

anyone seen this?
