[TenTec] Timewave 59+ with Omni 6+

I have used the two together. I don't do it anymore because I decided 
the 59+ provides no advantage over the Omni VI+'s built-in DSP. But the 
59+ gets good usage with an Omni V.

Sometimes I use an NIR 12 to eliminate static on 80 and 40.
