You can duplicate these by using two standard 3 RU aluminum rack panels and
bending them 90 degrees at the appropriate places so that your overall front
panel width becomes 19 inches.    (1 RU (rack unit) = 1 3/4")

After that, match the paint, add handles to the front pieces and drill 
holes in the side pieces
to match the TT top cover bolt-holes.

A nice one evening project....
