[TenTec] big Orion problem

I upgraded, did all of the resets, and the darn thing randomly fails.  The
random failure on turn on is that it either comes up locked up and
transmitting or is locked up.

Went through the resets again (and again and again, etc.), sometimes comes
up running correctly or the darn thing is locked out.

Had no problems like this prior to the upgrade.....

i downloaded and updated my Orion to 1.363 ...then did a RESET with MAIN
RX/TX ...the frequency is 14.250 USB but NONE of the knobs buttons works ...

called Ten Tec ...redo the update was the suggestion ...

update again using Com2 this time ...with all other software shut down and
after rebooting the computer (running WinXP) same result

NO AUDIO tho the S-meter kicks from noise or signal ...again none of the
buttons/knobs work except the power switch and booting with either MAIN
RX/TX or VFOB LCK ...still no audio or anything else

any suggestions?
