And at least one FCC commisioner is already on record as praising BPL as
"broadband nirvana."  So much for an unbiased, open mind without
preconceived
notions.  (I know, I know, what else do you expect from a politician?

It is worse than that, even.  BPL is permitted right now under the present
FCC rules. If they do make a change to the rules, I can't imagine their
lowering the limits. In any event, it would not have to be approved by
Congress -- the Commission is empowered to create its own regulations.
