[TenTec] 20m TT Net Time

The 20m Ten-Tec Users Net takes place at 20:30Z now during daylight savings time and at 21:30Z during standard time. 
We always keep the same time local so it is 4:30 eastern, 3:30 central, 2:30 mountain, etc. every Sunday afternoon @14.329.
If I can confuse you any further on this, please let me know!
