[TenTec] 20m TT Net Time

OK - let me make sure I have this right.

The 20m net meets one hour earlier during DST at 2030Z, 2130Z during 
standard time.

The 40m net meets one hour later during DST at 2300Z, 2200Z during standard 
time.

Correct?
