He's not the richest man on the planet.  The owner of IKEA is the richest
man on the planet and Bill is only #2.

An earlier post had some wires crossed.  Bill Gates sold DOS to IBM for its
first PC in 1980, but what many are unaware of, DOS was not Gates' idea.  He
bought the product elsewhere and resold it to IBM.  Windows was not his
either.  I "borrowed" that one from Apple.
