[TenTec] ICOM PROII vs 6+ experiment

Possibly but it would be difficult to get the RF gain of both rigs set
the same. There are probably many ways of comparing rigs that the ARRL
never though of. My point here is to demonstrate that sometimes the
ability of a receiver to provide good readability of a signal is more
dependant on actual on-the-air operation instead of static measurements
with expensive test equipment. All I'm doing is feeding a typical signal
into the radio and measuring what comes forth from the speaker.
I have some more ideas I'll pass along later after I get a chance to try
them.
Steve
